In truth, we have simply become occupied as the United Socialist State of America, a realization I personally came to during an early morning hour of December 5, 2005, a realization which overwhelmed me so much I almost drowned in the depressing funk it constantly spewed during the next 48 hours of my life.
Then, after awakening on the morn of the 7th, I heard a radio blaring the glorious music of battle cry, instantly reminding me it was Pearl Harbor Day. Just as instantly the depressing funk lifted, and I went to sit by an old mentor's grave from which can be seen the final resting places of hundreds of War Between the States veterans, South and North alike, their identically arched, white marble headstones marking where they lie in perpetual sleep.
Then and there I also realized that that tragic event in American history was truly the marking point of when statism in America truly took majority hold, and that my naive love for America! Right or Wrong! up til then had mostly blinded me to that fact all along.
On that crisp, cold, beautiful blue sky December morning, I studied all those grave markers, instantly also realizing that age-old propaganda about all soldiers fighting for the same cause (the "cause" also propagandized according to which side a soldier fought on) is exactly that: propaganda - because I knew that dead Confederate soldier there wasn't fighting for the same reason as that dead Rebel over there, and that dead Yankee there didn't die for the exact same reason his fellow Union soldier over there fought for.
Some say some 700,000 died during those four years and almost a month of America's darkest domestic years; I believe, perhaps, there were also almost as many individual reasons for fighting and dying during that statist dictated war.
That's when the realization came of exactly why I was led to that place of the dead that day: it doesn't matter what any other individual fights and dies for, all that matters is what you will fight and die for. Of course, in my mind, one truly willing to fight and die for something better have a reason that fully justifies that act, so I was then directly asked: What are you willing to fight and die for?
Individual liberty was my natural, automatic, immediate answer, and from that literal second on my primary intent in this life has been serving my answer as best I can.
After two and a half years of heavy contemplation on that cause and what I must do about it, I seceded from the statist-enabled life I'd been living before and took up position in a new environment, one I hoped would serve me for at least the next 20 years, a period during which it seemed to me this grand battle between statism and individual liberty in America would begin to unmistakeably shake out.
Holding my position for almost 7 years now, things are shaking out not as any surprise to me, although it's been very lonely this past decade thinking the way I do and not being aware of too many others, even the most liberty-loving pontificators, it seems, coming close to my way of thinking on the issue at all.
But now, more voices are beginning to sound, more thinking minds finally awakening to the realization that America is, indeed, now occupied by the totally corrupt tyranny socialism always brings with it, and that totally corrupt tyranny now almost completely pervades the federal government of the United Socialist State of America. There is no doubt whatsoever that more Americans are reaching that conclusion each day, the very one I reached almost 10 years ago.
Now, though, I must agonize further, waiting for these new converts to again catch up, for it's one thing to finally realize the true state of the USSA today (apologies to Al Neuharth), but it's a completely higher level a patriot must rise to realizing that something must be done about the tyrannical occupation America is now subjected to, and then an even higher patriotic level to ascend to actually begin doing what must be done.
The USSA today has made all American citizens virtual slaves to its regulative dictate: an American cannot live any quantifiable degree of individual freedom when the federal government rules over every aspect of citizen life. Thus, to maintain any sort of comfort level most Americans have become spoiled to, every citizen must submit to even more government regulation. To rise that comfort level any higher, a citizen can only play the federal government's statist game even more to have any hope of bettering his lot in this life according to statist dictates.
That is exactly how statist cronies corrupt capitalism, that is exactly how tyrants enslave individual liberty.
Only when patriots today truly comprehend that great Americans once faced this very same tyrannical situation before, stared it straight in the face for the statism it is, pledged their lives and fortunes and sacred honors to rid themselves of that tyranny, DESPITE ALL THE RICHES, COMFORT, SECURITY THAT VERY STATISM HAD ALLOWED THEM AS THEY AS THEY PLAYED THE STATIST GAME; that those patriots then declared their independence from that statism, fought a Revolutionary war against those statists for their independence, and then won that war for their independence...
...only when American patriots today fatefully dedicate, too, themselves, their fortunes, and their very honor to that very same liberty-loving cause, is there even a hope for USSA occupation of America to ever come to an end.
My fondest hope is that America can evict the statist occupiers from their present, illegitimate turrets of power without a single drop of blood being spilled. That most hoped for of outcomes though, the thought comes to me just now, lies totally within the decisions the occupying tyrants make in the days and years ahead:
Whether the statists will intentionally continue to ignore the Constitution as inevitable rebel confrontation naturally increases, and whether the statists again choose to forcefully put down their deadly jackboots of tyranny once more upon American throats as inevitable rebel confrontation naturally increases...
...or whether the statists finally open their eyes to see the individual liberty-loving power arrayed directly against them as a friend to all freedom-loving human beings, yet as an uncompromising, fatal foe to their diseased political ideology - a foe which, in fact, has defeated and kicked out their statist brethren before, and is most able and willing to do so again.
If there be blood then, grant the blind tyrants be first to let.
There is obviously so much statism overtly abounding around the globe today: Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the jihadis' invasion of Syria and Iraq, reaching now into Tunisia, Algiers, Egypt, Libya, and even into Afghanistan, where former Taliban are now pledging allegiance to the Islamic State; meanwhile, Communist China sits ever-patient and ultra silent, waiting for all the falls.
Does it not make even a lick of common sense that the statist lords occupying America today intentionally desire Americans to be looking fearfully elsewhere for danger, while actually creating much of that danger themselves so that Americans are deflected from realizing the much, much graver danger already ruling from within America itself?
Is it so difficult to see the statists occupying America today involving themselves yesterday in the initial destabilization of Ukrainian government that Putin is now reacting to in statist kind? Did not the statists occupying America make possible the overthrow of the government of Egypt and then Libya, where jihadis now rule? Some of the same jihadis who then made their way with their captured weapons to Syria, where the USSA statists also seek to violently overthrow the legitimate government there? Some of the very same jihadis that American statists then deemed to arm and support in that illegal cause, justifying their warmonger efforts by calling them “rebels” and covertly training them in Jordan and Turkey? Some of the very same jihadis who then took their American statist training and arms and formed into the Islamic State, which the American statists are now conducting pseudo-war against, just to keep the entire statist-created chaos ball rolling?
Oh America, I cry for thee as I see your statist occupiers entwine you in their death and destruction traps all over the world.
Alas, there is also much hope, for gloriously good political news lies just ahead:
Soon comes the time for the collective charade currently infecting America to end, for statist sympathizers to face the overwhelming natural law power the love of individual liberty inherently spends, for progressives and RINOs and sunshine patriots to stand aside or be rendered asunder.
